I grew up competing in sports, but more importantly, I grew up with a mindset to lead. From an early age, my goal was simple lead by example in life and on the field. What separated me from others wasn’t just talent; it was self-motivation, discipline, and the relentless drive to excel in every area.
Through football and baseball, I lived by one message my coach constantly repeated: “Jump out on film.” That standard pushed me to perform at a level that demanded attention. I studied dominant competitors like Michael Jordan, Bo Jackson, and Barry Sanders athletes who didn’t just play the game, they imposed their will on it.
I went on to become a two-sport collegiate athlete while balancing academics, practices, and competition proving that discipline and work ethic translate beyond the field. During that time, I began my career in personal training while earning my degree in Exercise Science.
My passion for performance and development ultimately led me to open TL Fitness a gym built on energy, accountability, and individualized training. Here, we don’t believe in average workouts. We deliver structured, high-intensity personal training designed to help every client maximize their potential.
